Every inspection Sheldon Conrad performs follows these standards, so nothing important gets skipped. They define the scope of the inspection and the systems and components we evaluate — and what falls outside it.
These standards are based on the SOP's of InterNACHI, and meet or exceed the minimum requirement for VT SOP's. In our opinion — these standards represent a comprehensive approach designed to provide an informed “snapshot” of property conditions.
